Please do not submit account passwords, government identification numbers, or sensitive financial documents through the assessment.
Information collected with your request
We record the submission time, originating page, referring page, and campaign information included in the link you followed. We generate a readiness score and suggested next steps from your answers. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to operate and protect the site.
How we use information
We use your information to create your requested guidance, respond to you, organize follow-up, evaluate the usefulness of our marketing, prevent spam and duplicate requests, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain records of consent and communications. The readiness score is educational guidance; it is not an appraisal or a decision about eligibility for housing, credit, or another service.
Service providers and professional introductions
Our current website services include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for saved leads and delivery records, ClickUp for lead management, Resend for email, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection. These providers process information needed to provide their services. If you request an introduction to a real estate professional, we may share relevant contact and property details to arrange that introduction. We will identify the proposed recipient and explain relevant referral arrangements before the handoff. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and security.
Browser storage and email events
The form stores a random submission identifier and an answer fingerprint in session storage to reduce duplicate submissions. It does not store your contact details there, and the identifier is reused for no more than 24 hours. Security services may use necessary browser technologies. Our email provider records sending, delivery, bounce, and complaint events; emails may also use provider-supported open or click tracking. Those signals are imperfect and do not prove a person read a message.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to respond to your request, manage follow-up, resolve delivery issues, and meet recordkeeping obligations. We evaluate deletion requests against those purposes and applicable obligations; backup copies may remain until their retention periods expire. Access to lead records is restricted to authorized users and service connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to correct information, stop follow-up, or review a request to access or delete your information by emailing us. We may need to verify that a request relates to you. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Contact consent is not a condition of buying anything. Tell us if you no longer wish to receive calls or messages; where a text service supports it, you may also reply STOP.
Audience and updates
This service is intended for adults seeking guidance about property they own or are authorized to discuss. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us. We will post updates here with a revised date and provide additional notice when appropriate for a material change.
